Data Strategy
Leveraging data as a strategic asset in your organization requires an intentional, planned, sequenced approach. In short, it requires a data strategy. This does not have to be (and in our experience should not be) a thick binder that spells out each step you will take for the foreseeable future. Instead, a succesful data strategy is one that makes the path you are on clear to key stakeholders. It helps orginization leaders identify current gaps as well as areas of strength to build on. It paints a clear picture of the way your organization will be using data in X years. It inspires, challenges and guides your orginization forward.
